Through guided coaching sessions, we’ll explore who you are beyond the roles you play. You’ll reflect on what brings you joy, identify passions that may have been put aside, and uncover the values that truly matter to you.
Create space for what matters most
We’ll work on practical strategies to help you prioritise your time and energy. This includes setting boundaries that protect your personal space, developing routines that support your goals, and learning to say “yes” to yourself without guilt.
Cultivate lasting balance and joy
Together, we’ll focus on building long-term strategies for maintaining balance. This involves developing a growth mindset, learning techniques for emotional resilience, and creating habits that sustain your well-being.

How it works
Weekly coaching sessions
Over the course of six weeks, we’ll meet for weekly one-hour coaching sessions. These can be held via video call, so you can join from the comfort of your home. Each session is tailored to your needs, focusing on the areas most important to you.
Personalised exercises and tools
Between sessions, you’ll be given simple but effective exercises and tools to help reinforce what we’ve discussed. These might include journaling prompts, reflective practices, or action steps designed to fit into your daily life.
Ongoing support and check-ins
You won’t be on this journey alone. You’ll have access to me for support between sessions via email or messaging, where you can share your progress, ask questions, and celebrate your wins.
